The MAT has been an Uptown hotspot for over a decade. In 2009, it was bought by Kidd Kraddick Morning Show co-host Big Al Mack. Come hang with Al at The MAT! Great Food. It was fun but I went to watch the Canelo fight and the OU games was on still. We had to wait till the OU game was over to hear the fight. The fight was advertised on his page. I was disappointed.
Today was my first time eating here and to say that I am disappointed is an understatement. Our waitress was extremely slow to get us our drinks and take our order. When she FINALLY took our order she waited at least 10 minutes to put it in because she was too busy flirting with a guy at another table. Once I got my food I was again disappointed...I could have gotten better food and service at McDonald's. Needless to say I will not be back.
My husband is a huge chicken wings fan and these are the best in town according to him!
Was there for the first time last night after being invited to see a midget wrestling show that was super funtastic!!! Boy what entertainment and good music, cool people, queso was good! Every time my friend order drinks we get drinks quickly! So I'm giving 5stars. I enjoy my visit & will be back�
Went to watch the games while in town. Service was terrible even when it died down. Service was slow/wrong and drinks were terrible. Place has potential to be amazing but my guess is unless you have a hookup (know the servers) you are better off elsewhere.
I have way to much fun there.Of course when you know peeps there it helps
So a fight broke out the first 10 minutes we were there..service is horrible, food is worse.
