Our car died unexpectedly and were not really ready to look for a new car. We stopped at Superstore after looking some other places and really glad we did. Austin met us at the door and immediately figured out what we were in the market for and focused on that. I recently purchased a new car from McGrath Auto and it was a great experience all around. Cameron Kulhavy was very professional and was easy to talk to. I defiantly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to McGrath.
Bought a Chrysler 200 a year ago and have traded it. They are high pressure and the finance area is a forever process. I called and was told one number I would get back from all the warranties from finance. Went in to sign papers to get the funds back. Just got the check and it's $1200 less than what I was originally told. So upset with what feels like bait and switch.
Guy did a great job as a salesman. He answered all my concerns with the process and was very particular (as I would be) about how the vehicle looked when I picked it up. They did a great job. Still have an issue they need to address but are awaiting parts for it. Good sales experience as I hate looking and dealing with car dealers. Guy made it much easier than I expected.
Almost purchased a vehicle I had been eyeing from another dealer for the past week but it was sold the day before we got there. That was fortunate for us because when we went to McGrath, they had the same vehicle with almost 30,000 less miles at a lower price and they have their warranty on it as well. Just purchased on Saturday, so there are a few details to work through yet. If their follow up is as good as all else has been, they deserve the five star rating.
