Had a lot of things go wrong but Griffin got it all figured out and fixed pretty good place to get a car from.
We’ve bought our last two vehicles through McGrath. The last vehicle, a 2012 Chevy Equinox, we purchased in late August 2017. A little over a week ago I barely made it through the roll-up doors at Pat McGrath Chevyland. The rear oil seal on my car stopped functioning and my car was shaking and grinding. The first face and smile I saw was Jesse’s at the service desk. Repair amount was high and I was in despair. Gavin McGrath and Jesse took care of me and fixed my car at no cost to me. I’m a customer for life!
Was told in 2015 that I was getting a steal with my escape on a 3 yr loan. Fast forward now thinking we were done, only to be told they wrote in a 4 years loan. What a bunch of bulls***. Never coming back. �
My son was sold an expensive S10 with a junk motor. Apparently, no one wants to return his phone calls or they just connect him to a finance representative. As much as he paid for this vehicle, the motor should last longer than 6 months. Reputable dealers stand behind what they sell.
My husband and I had a great experience working with Nate Hodges! We took our car in for an oil change and ended up trading it in on a Jeep!!! He was very patient and helped us feel certain about our decision. Thank you to everyone there...it was overall a great experience! We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!
I want say that Christina Phillips is top notch. She went above and beyond in trying to get us in the right car. She was patient with us and was not pushy. We eventually bought a 2016 KIA Sorento. When we did buy from McGrath it was her day off. But I think a good share of the credit should still go to her and hope she gets it. Top of the line service is what you should expect and it is what you get. They are very precise and timely in getting what you need and fast. Everyone is working to get you into the vehicle that you want to be in. Eric set me up again so that everything would work for me and I will be coming back for a third time for my next vehicle.
