RecommendedI had a great experience at Chevy used. I was able to test drive on Monday, but since I had my daughter, I chose to wait to purchase until Tuesday. I was unable to make it Tuesday and planned on 4:45 today. I didn’t make it until 5:30. I would give them a zero star rating if that were possible. I live in West Des Moines, so roughly 2 hours away, I contacted them about a car on there lot and scheduled an appointment to come in and look at it and get my trade appraised. Expressed to them that I wanted the vehicle, who drives 2 hours each way if they aren’t going to buy, but they ended up selling the vehicle and said since we didn’t talk numbers we didn’t have a deal yet.
