I brought my car in because it over heated. I had to sign a paper for a $148 diagnostic test before I even walked out the door. I was called back and told I would need a new water pump. My bill was quoted at $1278. I called two other shops and was quoted $500-519. I asked the service worker how many hours for the labor on the water pump he stated he didn't know but the labor cost is $561. Both other shops said the labor hours would be 2.4 hours. Our family bought a beautiful 2014 Chevrolet Sonic we fell in love with from your Coralville location. From the start, the car had a loud sound while running, and it was our only concern about buying. We expressed concern about this, and our nice young salesman promised us that it would be checked and any issues fixed before buying, and yes, he did feel it was loud.
