We bought our Saturn Outlook from McGrath and have multiple problems. Our sunroof broke and later found out it was broken before we purchased it, but just super glued to make it work short term. With it being broken water had leaked in and now the windows won't roll down using the main window button. Our mechanic said you could tell it had been in an accident. I talked with them and they did nothing.
These people delivered my parents' brand new vehicle to western Iowa with a cracked windshield. After multiple unreturned calls, someone at McGrath told them to bring it in (4 hour drive each way for my 84 yo dad). When they got there, they were told McGrath couldn't locate the proper windshield for a 2017 Equinox. Still nothing done. Ridiculous!
Waited 3 weeks for an answer for financing. Never got a return call or email. Very poor
I was very pleased with my salesman George. Bought a 2017 sports elantra turbo love it!George has kept in touch with me to make sure all is well.very good customer service. I'm very pleased with my new car and Mcgrath auto.thank you.
Sales staff didn't listen to what was told to them. It was like them telling us what we need to do. Not what they were wanting to do for us to buy a truck there.
