I had an accident with a deer and I asked for some assistance to get a new vehicle and McGrath Auto assisted me with having a vehicle within the same day after I woke up from having the accident and it was terrific to have a vehicle to get back to work and do military duties thank you very much for your help McGrath Auto Superstore out of Coralville did a terrific job of assisting me Showboat and the finance manager did terrific in assisting me
I don't generally rate any service or product five star but came close with the deal my wife and I received buying a new Equinox from McGrath Auto. The dealing was easy and we were well satisfied with the deal and the car. John Baker did a great job helping us through the process and answering all our concerns. We would recommend John and McGrath Auto to our friends and family any time.
Feel like I got a very good deal and was treated fairly. I would reccomend.
I have my car repaired at this place with misfire problem. When they returned the car to me after 4 hours. My car can not back up any more. I argue with them and they said it is the problem of the car and has nothing to do with them. When I call them the next day, they(his name is Eric) even hang up my phone.
We recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 at McGrath Chevyland. We worked with Gavin McGrath and Ben Taylor, who were both so attentive to detail and timely with answering our questions throughout the entire process.
