Had an appointment to see a truck today at 345 in Coralville, and they sold the truck before I got there. Selling the truck is fine, but how about a phone call. We had an appointment. I drove 30 miles
They said one thing one day and say the complete opposite the next. They waisted my time. This was at the Dubuque location.
Their customer dealings are poor, only care about money, not customers.
Purchased a pre owned 2013 Nissan Altima from Moe and Tim Dea, was very pleased with how they took care of my needs, they were fair on my trade in value, and everyone was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process . Thank you very much
Last week I traded my van for a car with Gary Suby. He did a great job and has checked back with me several times within the last few days. He did a great job and was very down to earth. I'm sure I'll be buying my next car from him as well. The vehicle I traded in was purchased last May and it was great. All the people are friendly there and very helpful. It was worth the drive!
I had a pleasant experience. I think Colin did a great job of helping me find the vehicle that checked most of the boxes on the wish list I brought in with me. Not too pushy and forceful like some I have dealt with at other dealers. Follow up has been good. Price was initial way too high but it was negotiated down to a point where I think everyone involved was happy.
Service department seems to be a little questionable. After having a heater problem. Jeep was in the shop for 2 days. After 1300 dollars shared between me and a extended warranty company. Have had a total of 6 trips back in 10 months. Jeep has been in the shop again for over 2 days for like a 8 hr job. At least this one is on them
We recently traded in our two cars for one vehicle (one payment) and our experience was very pleasent. Lindsey Butterfield was our sales rep and was very sweet and knowledgable. He brought multiple vehicles into the weather protected area for us to see (it was pooring, and not one complaint), he answered all of our questions and was very patient. Worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. My sales person was great. And that's all the positive I've got. Within 6 months, my 2 yr old vehicle had to have a computer, transmission, timing chain, and ENGINE replaced. I financed through them (big mistake) and never once were my payments being made on time from day 1. Never again will I or any of my family shop or buy at any of their dealerships again.
