I'll never get ripped off again from any McGraft dealership!!!!
While we were impressed with the salesman during the sale, his customer service after has a lot to be desired. We purchased our car in April. I called after to get a owners manual and how to get another set of keys made...twice. We still have not heard anything. We won't buy from here again.
Nope. Everything you hate about buying a car will happen at any one of their 6 "convenient" locations. Look somewhere else.
Very easy to work with. They provided a laid back easy environment by listening to what we wanted and providing the vehicle accordingly.
McGrath does NOT know how to treat customers with respect! Bill that works for you was rude and did not listen to our needs! We have an issue with a Cadillac we purchase and he could have cared less about it! I could hear him on the phone interrupt and basically say there is nothing we can do! DO NOT PURCHASE A DAMN THING FROM HERE. Drive to Billion Chevy or to another state. Let's put this ungrateful and rude family out of business! There commercials are a fraud and so are they!!!!
Horrible customer service after sales only had car 3 days before I experienced problems and now only 3 month later the car is completly broken down needs a whole new engine not to metion when we drove off the lot the oil light came on it was so low on oil you could say it was dry and there was a short in the radio they faild to tell me about so i couldnt even enjoy music the 3 months I had this car
Finally found this site-along time getting here but I really feel I must tell everyone what a pleasant and helpful experience it was for me to find a car here that said I'm yours! Many thanks to Brad and all other helpful personnel @ Coralville-McGrath Superstore who worked to find me my car going an extra 10 mi.
