Absolutely no customer service. Literally. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service for a week about a vehicle I bought less than a month ago and everyone I've talked to has told me that there isn't a customer service department. This was the second and last vehicle I will ever purchase through McGrath.
3 different stories from 3 different people got jerked around will not come back..
5 Stars - Excellent for sure! McGrath Auto is #1 in our books! They are great people to work with, great prices. They find what you want and make the deals happen. They get you in and out as quick as they can, which is one thing we appreciate. Will always keep them in mind when we need a vehicle change!
I really enjoyed shopping at mcgrath auto. The service I got was amazing. I told them what I wanted my monthly payment to be and they found a car that suited me great! My salesmen(trevor holm) was very patient and listened to the things I wanted in a car and ended up finding me a car that'll last a very long time! I'll definitely go there! again!
I have had nothing, but wonderful great service at McGrath for the last couple years! I wouldn't have asked to buy a car from anyone else with such amazing customer service!
Overall, the experience was good. There was some confusion in my mind as to the year of the vehicle I bought and the warranty. I would have liked to get the price of the vehicle and the interest rate I would pay instead of repeatedly being asked what monthly payment I could afford. In the end I got what I wanted, a black Fiat 500. That's what's important.

I needed a new 3rd row SUV for my growing family and decided to see what they had to offer, Everett was so patient. He worked the numbers, and went above and beyond what I would have expected as far as service. My grandmother and I were there or 5 hours one day and 2 the next. Everett and John were amazing and got us the deal we needed! Thank you!
