They have been very accommodating & effective... I just picked up the car and so far everything seems to be in good working order as promised... If everything continues as it’s going so far, I will be extremely satisfied with my experience which is rare to be able to say about a service department located in a dealership... I was looking for a car as a new mom, I needed to commute to work, make sure the car seat would fit and also wanted something very safe. Mazda was highly recommended and I have to say, I love my new cx-5! It drives smooth, has amazing features and I feel extremely safe in it. Mike was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and I dont think I've ever received such personalized customer service! Working with him and choosing mazda made my recent move to Miami much smoother and less stressful.
