I made an appointment to get 2 recalls fixed! I have been waiting for 3 hours now and my car is still parked in second row and has not been touched. The customers in waiting room have turned over 3 times, I hate this place!!!! Brought car into this dealership twice when car was new and also waited over 3 hours with appointment. What is wrong with these people?!
