Took my car in to have my tires rotated. While driving the car, I notice some noise coming from my wheels. Got out to inspect it, noticed that one of my lug nut was missing. I checked all of my wheels, and all of the lug nuts were loose. I will never come back to this dealership for a car or maintence on a car again. P.S. this happened few years ago.
2013 cx9 steering wheel all peel of make my hands black and look terrible. I called Mazda I customer care and they telling me it's a normal wear and tear. Really??
Absolutely terrible! Two different sales people confirmed they had a car that was on internet site prior to my husband leaving on drive over 45 munutes to see. When he got there car was not there. Complete lack of ethics and truthfulness. Don’t trust anything these unprofessional and unethical sales staff say. Inexcusable way to conduct business. Several messages left for GM and no call back. Go anywhere else but don’t waste your time with this dealership, epitome of why people don’t trust car salesman and delalerships!!!
Worst service experience ever Lazaro in the service department was useless an lazy and forgetful an just plain sorry as a service manager or supervisor please bring Erickson back never had any problems when he was working in the service department
It took some work to get to a final number agreement. It that was expected. Overall, one of the least painful car buying experiences I've had. Our salesman (Solnav I believe was his name) was very nice. Finance director (Mr. Levine) was EXTREMELY nice and friendly and really made us feel like he was on our side and wanted a good deal for us. Sales manager Arnold Vargas was great as well. Overall was a good experience, would go back and would recommend!
Service is horrible!!! Took my mazda 6 for service and they dented my left fender. Manager Nestor Massani said they would fix it and gave me his card. I have been trying to reach him and he never called me back!! I don't recommend this dealer or service to anyone.
