Awful service! They pulled a spot delivey scam on me! They committed financial fraud and have been doing it for a very long time they are cheaters liars and scammers they cannot be trusted all they say are lies do not go there do not buy a car from there you will regret it I promise you I do iPod car and thought everything was okay they send me a message 3 weeks later to tell me that I have to go back to refinance possibly at a higher rate and more pay a higher payments! Seemed good at until I got home and realized the sales person had no clue what they were talking about. He told me an option he told me was not avaliable but it is avaliable. Now i have a car that isnt exactly what i want and NO ONE, including the GM Phil Anders or Manager Javier Valera, will call me back to fix this issue.
