When it was time to get into a deal I knew that going to Mazda i was not going to have to catch an Uber back home. I knew I would drive home in a new car. No stress at all. It was easy, fun, efficient and a GREAT deal.
Although I was very happy with the sales department, thank you Luther; I have been greatly disappointed with their service department. Last week kept me waiting for TWO hours for a routine oil change. No one bothered to tell me of the long wait or behind schedule. No one came to keep me informed of the progress. The waiting room had a coffee machine that wasn’t working, stiff uncomfortable chairs, one small TV, and hot as can be with poor A/C. I love my Mazda and will lease again but with a different dealer.
