Be prepared to receive multiple calls, texts, and emails from this dealership. All I did was inquire about some financing through CarGurus, And this dealership multiple people would not stop calling texting and emailing. It was like nobody communicates with each other here. I guess they wanna make a sale but it’s super annoying and they need to tone it down a bit.
Very disappointed, After calling to confirm the vehicle was on the lot and getting the sales price so I can prepare to make a deal. I spoke to 3 different people, told them I would be there in no more than 2 hrs. After driving an hour to meet the salesperson who than put me in contact with another person. He goes to get the keys and comes back with "Looks like the car just sold" I wasted my time and gas because these guys are liars. The bait and switch tactic is what they use. RecommendedMy C-X5 had an issue with my lift gate not opening. Being that I use the back area daily for work I needed it to function. I brought it in on a Saturday without an appointment. They fixed it, replaced my battery which was why it was malfunctioning and since it was under the warranty there was no charge. They also took care of a recall I never took care of. I really appreciate their stellar service and highly recommend Mazda North Miami.
All is wonderful ,really nice.
The experience of the seller, the knowledge about the cars, is more fast and easy. Definitely recommend this Dealer.

I have A 1992 Mazda Miata my car was there for 2 months I feel like they are the dealer & they could fix my car the mechanic keep guessing today I bought the computer he said I needed he told me he was done he can’t work on my car cause other Mazda are coming in wow
