The wife had a rubbing noise in the front left wheeel on her MKX . Called Lori and she took her car in for an overnite stay, Brake work was needed. Lori reviewed the list of work done with us the next day, and we took care of the bill.....and we were off! The best part....the car was washed and cleaned inside as well. Thanks guys... always a pleasure to work with you!

Took my truck there for a fuel leak. I am from out of town. They told me they would emergency expidite my parts. Took 4 days. Told me they had to remove turbo, broke down on the side of i86 because the turbo pipe boot blew off and clamp broke. They won't warranty the work because "they didnt touch it" but the fuel leak was under the pipe. Had to get,my truck towed back on my dime. Mark Suain is a jerk and the worst general manager that ford has. This guy should be fired.

The service department is by far the best and Lori is very professional and efficient.
