I love Mastel ford, I feel confident that my car is serviced correctly. Everyone there is friendly and speaks with all customers. I especially like Lori Rich she is so pleasant and helpful it makes you feel comfortable being there. Getting a appointment is quick. Just like one big family.
Cannot praise Mastel Ford enough for their service and integrity! Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with a Ford!

As usual service was quick, all staff was Great,Coffee was excellent. Everybody staff and other customers make you feel at HOME! Great doing business with Mastel.
Never again will I deal with Mastel Ford. There service department is not trustworthy and I wish Digger was still there. They have lost our business, my parents business- they have been customers since 1978.
Lorie in service is the best at customer service. Concern for my issue and I didn't even buy the car from them, squeezed me in so I could go out of town, my next car will be purchased from them for sure

I purchased a new truck from Mastel. They are a no pressure no hassle dealership. I worked with Tim, and he did a great job getting me in the truck I wanted. Great group of people! By far my best buying experience!

It seems like a great dealership, some of the Ford's today have a cool style to them but alas I'm a po' boy and will never know the joy of owning a classy car good luck in your endeavors !!!!!!!!!!!!!
