I have taken my last 2 leased Ford vehicles to Mastel for service. My lease was going to end Dec 2017 and I knew I would be purchasing my next vehicle. Walking through the used cars I see a white C-Max. Exactly what I was looking for larger than a sedan yet smaller than an SUV. Came in for an oil change an left with my dream car. Lori always explains your car's service report card. If you need a salesman ask for Tim.

I've taken my car to Mastel twice to get fixed and they are great! They take the time to look it over thoroughly and give me a report on the condition of the car, which I really like. I highly recommend them!

Hands down, best customer service ever. We drive here for servixe from PA, and it's well worth the trip. Lori is exceptional. She has a way of making us feel like she genuinely cares about us and whatever may be going on with our car. And Wayne is also exceptional. A great salesman, not just concerned with getting the sale but with listening to what we need and trying to meet that. Personable, not pushy, and we love it.
Great people to deal with. They really care about you and your satisfaction.
