Took my Ranger to Mastel for the airbag recall. We were without our truck for a week, but Mastel paid for a rental car the entire time. They also checked the truck over (tire pressure,fluids, battery...etc.). before returning it to us. They get 5 Stars from me! Thank you Mastel Ford!!!

The staff of Mastel Ford were very courteous. They were able to take care of all my required service in one visit. Someone checked in to make sure I was being taken care of. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Everything I needed done was done completely to my satisfaction. I would recommend their service department to anyone.
Great service dept, they repaired my 2013 Edge transfer case, helped with the towing and it was ready when the said it would be done. Thanks
