The service department is excellent and extremely friendly. I took my Fusion in on Tuesday for a recall. They took the car in and replaced the part and I was on my way home in less than an hour. This is my second experience with Mastel's service department and I could not be happier with the stall and results.

5 star service as always, thanks for a fast 30 minute inspection while I waited.....awesome.
Needed new tires and an oil change on my Expedition so I stopped at Mastel Ford to see what they could do for me... Not only did they get me a great deal on tires but they set me up with an appointment right knowing that I needed them in order to go out of town... If I had to rate them on a scale from 1 to 10 they would receive a 10 in all categories.. Very Warm and Friendly
