$2900 estimate for parts and labor from a ford service dept for my truck. I just got all parts for under $900 wow what a markup no wonder people want to stay away from any dealerships service depts and use their own mechanics or do it themselves

I really like the way I am treated as a customer at Mastel. The service manager,Lori, has always been kind and professional in explaining the details of a problem or making sure that I am aware of my vehicle’s report card. The technical service has also been great. They are very knowledgeable and skilled. Many of my friends have had horror stories of their vehicle repairs & maintenance — but not me! Mastel Ford Service Department has always provided excellent care to me & my vehicles fo many, many years!

The sales people at Mastel Ford are great to work with. We were never pressured into making a decision on our truck. Our F150 SPORT is just the greatest truck .
Personal are always pleasant and caring, they take time to explain what is exactly going on with your vehicle. They are very knowledgeable and professional.
Service was great.They found the issue with my 2004 Mustang,and ordered the parts to fix it.The parts were backordered,as soon as they came in,Lori called,and when the weather got better,I took it in and left it.The job was done quick,and well,and actually less money than estimated.
