RecommendedI purchase my vehicles from Mastel Ford and always take my car there for service appointments. Lori in the service dept. will always work with me to schedule my appointments for when I can get there and she never pushes to have unnecessary work done.
LOVE the Service Dept. Lori is super at taking charge, handling problems, while maintaining her calm demeanor and working with customers. Our recent experience resulted in a battery which was replaced under warranty at no charge. We always go to Mastel Service for our Ford Van's TLC.
