Took truck in for a recall. I arrived one-half hour early and they got me right in. I was pleasantly surprised that the warranty work was performed quickly and also surprised that they checked all fluid levels, checked tire pressure, checked battery, performed a visual inspection of brakes and checked tire treads. Service department is excellent. Lori is very thorough and has everything printed out and answers any questions you may have. My wife and I are always very satisfied with how they treat our vehicles.

I could have easily went to the Ford dealership that is less than a mile away from where I work but even from the start Lori was so helpful I decided to take my car to Olean instead. they were able to get me in right away first thing the next morning and I was in and out in less than an hour and everything worked! Lori went through everything they did and everything they checked. I left so happy and that doesn't usually happen when it comes to car problems haha
The Service Dept. at Mastel Ford Lincoln is awesome! They do excellent work and are very thorough. The Service Manager, Lori, is always pleasant and polite and goes above and beyond to make our visit as quick as possible, easy and painless!
