RecommendedJust want to say I leased another Ford Escape which is my third car from them. They were very helpful in helping me make my final decision regarding year, color, leasing as opposed to buying, and you can’t beat their customer service department when making an appointment for an oil change or any other maintenance needed. I had to get a new I-pad which Matt programmed for me. So you really don’t have to go out of town, if you just give them a chance. Excellent in every way!

Needed service ASAP, was leaving on a 300 mile, one way, weekend trip, Lori in service scheduled me for the next morning a Friday. Really appreciated and it is always nice to talk to Lori.
Excellent Service!! They took care of both my recalls and while there discovered a problem with the muffler and it was covered by Ford. Lori R. does a fantastic job in getting things taken care of, and done promptly. Bonus the car was washed and vacuumed!! Keep up the great work.
