From the day we purchased our Lincoln through Wayne up to present with having some issues checked and fixed with Lori, we've been 100% satisfied with Mastel Ford Lincoln as a whole. Our last visit with Lori was exceptional, she went above and beyond in taking care of us. We had to leave our vehicle there and was given another Lincoln to use. When we picked ours up the next day, our car was all cleaned up. I'd definitely give Lori FIVE STARS for her service, personality, professionalism and friendliness.
