Doctor, Nurses, Student Nurse, Receptionist, Rad Tech, all treated me with the best care. I came in not knowing what was wrong, scared, and in a lot of pain. Found out the problem, alleviated the pain, and on my way. Great job everyone! Thank you for making my day better!
Surgical staff is amazing. Couldn't ask for better staff. TY Patti and the rest of the crew.
I understand they serve people whom are the worst first but they are understaffed obviously. I may have broken my foot and waited 5 hours. After another ambulance came I gave up and left. I asked about getting my xray so I could bring it to potsdam and I was told I could not get them after being informed I would be charged for the emergency room visit. They took x rays and a nurse took my blood pressure that's it . I will be contacting my insurance in the morning . What I also find sad is there was sick children there since ... read more
They wanted to give me a bed but wouldnt have anything to do with it. I sleep on the floor with my feet up on a chair because of Back problems..... So I woke up in a cacoon of blankets and pillows. No-one ever seems to know what to do with me including myself half the time....very pleased with the amount of concern.
It's pretty sad that you can not go to this hospital for blood work without it being a horrible experience. Waited over a hour just to get registered then another half hour to have it done. The nurse could not find my vein then continued to move the needle around. I told her I do not like it when they do this and would rather have her just do the other arm. She said she wanted to keep trying and then shoved it further in which was really painful, mind you I have a high pain tolerance. She then tried the other arm which I tol... read more
A big thank you to Alicia the PA at the walk in clinic for taking good care of my baby. She is so good with the kids. My girls love her.
I have to retract my previous statement as it was in the heat of the moment...The staff at the women's clinic are amazing and the Doctors are extremely attentive. I apologize for my impulsive comment and am so grateful for these guys who take the greatest care of us especially Nicole!!
