I want to share just how impressed we have been with Dr. Gaboriau and the nursing staff that we have dealt with here at MMH. People often head to the bigger city hospitals for procedures, so when Dr. Gupta referred us to an ENT, we asked for his recommendation. North Country Women's Health makes mistakes on their prescriptions. They also do not provide anything more than birth control pills for their patients. This is a discriminatory practice that excludes women who cannot use birth control pills.

Emergency room - You people take forever to take care of patients....you would be taking care of patients faster if you were sitting at your work stations laughing and talking to everyone else!! No reason someone should be waiting to see a doctor for over an hour! Very poor service! And I've only met 3 nice nurses out of all my visits here!! And one very nice doctor.

I had fantastic care at the walk in clinic, but I do wish the doctors/nurses would consider that not every person walking asking for cough syrup was a drug addict. I have had a cough for three weeks which is bronchial, and getting painful, I asked for some stronger cough syrup and the doctor told me that there is nothing stronger than the OTC cough syrup. I happen to be a nurse and know better, but I didn't argue with him because of him being a doctor and all.
