I was just there yesterday Nov. 10, 2016 and was nervous to get the help I needed for my chronic back pain. I was lucky to see Pamela Leary who was very helpful and helped me have comfort for my back. I was so relieved I ad tears in my eyes when she left the room because I was so grateful for someone to actually listen and do something. Since then I been home resting and my pain is at ease. recommend her 100% and I am thankful I went in when she was there.

Everything i've had to be here I've done nothing but wait for an obscene amount of time just to be told next to nothing. The 30 minutes drive to Potsdam hospital is worth it to avoid this horrible place.

Went in on November 1st 2016 and my experience was nothing less than awesome. Dr. Shoub was kind and understanding. Also, he reacted quickly to my issues. Dr. Cannalis was funny and helped me feel at ease before going through the procedure. Nursing staff was nothing short of amazing! Best experience I've ever had at MMH! Nurses Vicki and Candace Tilly along with surgical staff made me feel like everything was going to be fine and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Loved the way they cracked jokes!��� Thanks you guys!!

This hospital is amazing, wait time is sometimes long but besides that they know how to find issues that no other hospital found. Thankyou massena for making me fell soooo much better then I was.. :) all nurses are amazing and BELIEVE WHEN YOUR SICK.
