Only place that compliments my great veins and they always are respectful
I was in the er and first floor. The er staff was great with me. The doctor on the first floor was mean and nasty until I yelled back at her. The one of the nurses aide also yelled me. I got made at her yelled back at her then she was nice to me. I think I will go to canton Potsdam hospital from know on
Where as no one loves hospitals. I would give MMH 4 stars. I was admitted May 22nd 2016 for dehydration and malnutrition. From the moment I arrived by ambulance the hospital staff in the ER right on top of me trying to figure out what was wrong. Once I was admitted the staff bend over backwards to try and help me get the treatment I needed. I spend 9 days in the hospital. In those 9 days I can't find one thing to complain about. I think she does an excellent job and I thank them
Too bad there is not a no star option for this place. Have had numerous problems with this place. My " Dr./PA" is across the street at Massena Medical Group. Asked about my blood work and the response I got was could not quite remember but if she did not call me about anything then the results must of been fine. lol Had a MRI and the nurse called me and said I had a bit of arthritis and torn meniscus. I picked a ortho up in Potsdam because I am pretty much done with Massena and she tells me that I have grade 4 arthritis and ... read more
A very special thanks to the nurses and doctors that were with us caring for my father. The first floor nurses Nicki, Reagan, Katie, Becky, Courtney and Dr Kafa and Dr Shah and Dr McCall. If any of my Massena friends can repost so they can see the difference they made during this time. They are exceptional people. Not one person who helped us lacked compassion. If I have forgotten anyone, please know you made a tough time easier. Nursing home.... Not so much.
recently my sister went to the emergency for a horrible rash that was so itchy she could"nt stand it anymore. i went with her to see what would happen. we had the nicest most efficient nurse take care of her. she even did a skin scrapping to send to a lab for diagnosis. thanks to the nurse we were able to take care of the problem with the proper medications. the other clinics we had been to were just guessing what the rash was.a few days later a man i knew was in the hospital there. he is an avid reader. i went to see him an... read more
