We have been in the er for over 2 hours With my husband in e treme pain. One nurse told ud we. Would be next but that did not happen. This is the worst place I have ever seen.
Would never go here , cph is worth the drive and does there actual job
Very apauled how they treated my family member . This is a place that is supposed to make people comfortable as possible not making them feel unwelcome . If you can't act professional why be in this field ?
This is a wonderful hospital as i go here often and ive had helpful and friendly staff members. I had a c-section in 2013 here my first and i had round the clock care during our 4 day stay. Very clean and very nice nurses. I only had one mishap which was during routine bloodwork for my 1 year old at the time (about 1 year ago) i had 2 female staff members one was great the other one not so much. But i did report this matter and received a propmt email on the matter. I have not since seen that staff member.
The worst hospital in new York state.seriously. this hospital Is horrible and should be shut down.let your towns people go to a hospital where they can get help not disrespected and ibuprofen. The doctors might be able to diagnose the problem but the disrespectful staff and the not being able to get an MRI at the emergency room when it's obviously an emergency and the doctor tells you u that u need an m.r.i but can't do it here unless you have 2500.00$....is ridiculous!!!!! I was recently admitted to the MMH ER and was truly impressed with the prompt and solicitous care I received.
People are so wonderful and nice. They treat everyone with respect. I just love my MMH. Was Born there worked there for 18 years.
Horrible. I wouldn't take my pets there. They treat people poorly. Disrespectful! I get billed even when I give them my insurance info. The bills always say no insurance information was given when I know they scanned my insurance card and asked me questions about it. I hate MMH.
