I waited half an hour to get registered. Then another half hour to get blood work. Spent an hour at the hospital for simple, routine blood work. And I was fasting, so I was extremely agitated and hungry!!!

I’ve had many bad experiences with this emergency room. The nurses were rude and yelled at me and the person with me. We had a long wait and the nurse didn’t even inquire about my actual problem (my finger was cut). It wasn’t even looked at before I left. I was made to sign a form saying I was offered care and refused it, but I was most certainly not offered any care.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Jessica (early 20's, short hair) in phlebotomy for being awesome at her job, I had quite the number of tubes to fill and usually have difficult veins that usually require a few pokes to find. First poke, never felt a thing and had those tubes (at least 8) filled in seconds. Easily the best blood drawing experience I've ever had and will be requesting her every time. Thanks again Jessica!!

I recently changed physicians to Dr. Barreto and he is absolutely amazing. He is caring, compassionate, humorous, and a genuine person who truly cares about his patients. I have had many doctors over the past year with a major surgery, and he as a new doctor ranks among the best that I have had. Massena is very lucky to have him and I am happy he is my doctor!!!!
