For 9 years of my life, UMASS became like home to us. The care my dad received was phenomenal and the compassion from 7ICU we received the morning he died was truly comforting. I can’t thank the doctors and nurses for all that they did for him. I strongly recommend UMASS for even your most complicated and delicate medical care. You couldn’t be in greater hands.
Careful with the payment process, for a clinical visit that was already been payed for by my insurance they mas denme pay it again, then send it to collecting company that isn’t even described on the bill, I ended up paying the full price with the discount (this was the final price $1638.00 then after the payment was done and they confirmed my payment was complete and gave me a receipt they ended up charging me an extra 500$ for physician services that I had proof that was paid for.
