I took my 5 yr old daughter today because she’s been fighting this cough and runny nose for over a week. Complaining of headaches. I got there are 3:30 wasn’t triaged till 5pm and still wasn’t seen by 7. Sat in the waiting room the whole time. When I finally said forget it. I’ll go to Boston children’s. I don't recommend this Hospital to anyone.I was there yesterday and sat for about two hrs before I got fed up so I went up to the check in and told them I was leaving oh they said we are sorry but there was something wrong with the computer.Computers are only as smart as the one who is working it.The receptionist at the desk were very rude bad attitude. I have to say the person who did my CT scan was very pleasant. The Doctor I saw after was very pleasant.

My husband went in for a hip replacement. He also had other health complications. All I can say is.. I cannot thank the staff of UMass Memorial enough. EVERYONE was wonderful, beginning from the Valets to the cafeteria ladies to the medical staff. Your professionalism calmed our anxieties and put us well at ease. God Bless you all!!
i went there for Cath procedure and they were very professional and well equipped.
Great place to give care and get care
A pretty boy brunette guy attendant "happens" to enter the lobby from the backroom every time I come in to wait for my bus. I don't know him but he's typical.
Drs, nurses and rest of staff are amazing. ICU staff rocks!!
