If I could give a -5 experience you bet I would, the staff did not provide a level of service that I would call a good experience. They don't listen to your concerns and when you bring them up the way they talk back to you is in a condescending manner. Last 3 days have been painful to see
Save your time and drive to Framingham or Worcester. You'll save time driving there and you'll actually get accurate medical attention. Wait time for me was 6 hours without any attention, and they just ended up transferring me to UMass anyways where I was seen immediately. 6 hours for something that could have taken 20 minutes.
Place is a discrace. Ignorant and uneducated staff
Worse hospital I've ever been to. They let a veteran sit in the ER waiting room for over an hour needing medical attention with out even being seen by a triage nurse. Not one other person in the waiting room and still no help. You guys are a joke. Same bullshit every time .
Marlborough Hospital stinks they sent my dad at home after 9 hours in pain cuz he couldn't walk and a physician's assistant because no doctor was around in the ER said here's a prescription you should be fine in a few days well because they didn't take any tests or anything my dad got his leg amputated the next wk because he had an infection and it was too late to fix there's just too many horror stories of people family going there. .i don't have enough time to write them all..
