I’ve been here for a week . Leaving today ! The hospital staff overflows with an abundance of compassion and care. I have never experienced anything like this . Every single staff member that I’ve had contact with has been amazing .People go to church looking for this . Thank you and God bless you all .
WONDERFUL STAFF. Our son (6 years old) broke his foot last night, we went into the ER about 7pm, checked in, got triaged, then seen by a total of about 9 more different people over the next 4+ hours and to a person everyone was friendly, kind and understanding ... THANK YOU! Including the valet, front desk, security, triage nurses, X-ray tech, ER staff and Dr. for making a scary experience as pleasant as possible.
The nurse and the doctor in ICU level 3 has been nothing but amazing. My sister Ana has been going on 4 months of being here with here learning disabled the nurses and Doctors have been patients with her and spoiling her. Thank you to this amazing team. Wish I could name all of them but there to many name. ❤️

Fair,y new to UMass, saw my new PCP today for the 3rd time, she told me she was too busy to address my concerns, to make another appointment..unreal, they treat u like cattle.
Well I had three major surgeries there and everything went OK but I’m still having problems on my right side and with my knee my groin area so with that said I think it’s time for me to get more input on this because I can’t take this feeling like this every day so I’m recommending that UMass Memorial Center has good doctors responsible and trust them but I still doubt that my right side is not fixed rate
Dr. Chu in Neurology is the best! I definitely recommend seeing her!
