I don't even know where to start with Dr. Schultzel. I broke my humerus in three places in December 2019. I was in pretty rough shape when I went to his office the day after my fall, I could barely function. He welcomed me with open arms and gave me my options on how to proceed down this LONG, painful road. He respected that I did not want pain pills, nor cortisone shots, he always listened to me, spent as much time and more than I needed in the office (in a good way). Jana, his assistant, she has been there with me the whol... read more

Greetings, Doctor Mark Schultzel: "Long story short" saved my life. When it come down to it, and things were tough-he was there. The amount of stress that he can out do speaks for the love for what he does, instead any other reason. Trough covid, December Christmas eve, 2020 all the reason to go home and be with his love ones, while my state insurance declined me on the day of surgery. -> He called the insurance company himself and went ahead with the procedure. I am forever grateful. Not words can explain the appreciation o... read more

Wonderful staff and office environment. Dr. Schultzel was a master "repair" man for my rotator cuff, and he is a wonderful, patient-centered communicator.

Came in with a distal tendon tear off bone. I’m going to keep it short and sweet ; truly that’s what it was. Considering the circumstances. First off I can’t stand insurance. Wow, it worked out though. Dr. Schultzel was in my network and man was I lucky. I came in and he literally cut me the following week. I was surfing four months later. My feeling, my mobility is all there. Strength like always is being worked on. But it is coming. Aesthetically, the bicep looks very symmetrical to the other. The distances of space betwee... read more

He is the best. I have been having pain for months .Another dr gave me a shot but it didn't work. Dr Schultzel (non insurance) gave me one pain gone. If I end up having surgery I wish had the money to have him do it. He was my doctor before he went into private practice

I ruptured my patella tendon during the covid pandemic. I was initially thinking it would be forever to approve and actually get the surgery. DR Schultzel was not deterred and I was in surgery in a week after my injury date. He knew exactly how to get it approved and what to say to workers comp. The surgery itself was extremely smooth and flawless no post surgery issues after I was back to work full duty 3 months 2 days after injury. Aggressive rehab good Dr who is widely available with questions are to thank for the speedy ... read more

Dr. Mark Schultzel, in a word OUTSTANDING!!! For a long time I lived with wakening up every morning not being able to feel anything in my fingers on the right hand or my forearm. Then I learned about Dr. Schultzel, next thing he's sends me off for an MRI, then back in the office and he shows me the nerve in my elbow that is out of control. He said I'll make a simple incision which allows me to relocate the nerve and with some follow up physical therapy you will be good as new. He was right no complications, I have range of m... read more
