I had my elbow scoped. Dr. Schultzel was very professional and caring. I had multiple office visits and each time I was seen on time of my appointment.
I highly recommend this doctor. Dr. Shultzel knows his stuff. He could tell just by looking at my x-rays that my supraspinatis tendon was not connected anymore. The day of surgery he was very professional and calming. He located other issues during the arthroscopic surgery and fixed those also. At 4 months my left arm and shoulder almost had full range of motion. At 5 1/2 months my strength was back and I had full range motion plus. At first I was a little skeptical about the amount of "down time' I was going to have after getting carpel tunnel release surgery on my left hand, the pain and numbness was keeping me awake at night with severe pain. Dr. Schultzel was my surgeon for a total reverse shoulder replacement in October 2019. I now have a full range of motion and no pain. I am an independent person and it is so satisfying to be able to do things for myself again with no help. Dr. Schultzel performed surgery, to repair my broken right clavicle, during August 2019. I was very pleased with the outcome. I now have full range of motion and no pain of any kind in this area. Dr. Schultzel is honestly the best doctor/surgeon I've ever had. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but he's also very personable and gives his full attention to his patients. He truly listens and provides amazing medical care. Dr. Schultzel repaired my fully torn rotator cuff (along with other damage) 1.5 years ago and he did an amazing job! Dr. Schultzel performed torn labrum (In my right shoulder), and the whole process was flawless. I am now functioning better than I have in more than a few years. This was a sports injury, so Dr. Schultzel being an athlete himself, understood all my concerns worked with me throughout thew whole process. I couldn't recommend him enough!
Dr. Schultzel is probably the best doctor that I have ever used. With all visits, he took the time to thoroughly examine, discuss, and treat me. He performed arthoscopic knee surgery on me, which went very well and exactly as he explained it all to me. Also very impressed that he responded almost immediately to email questions that I sent.
Some people in this world are special.....and Dr. Schultzel is one of them. He stands above the rest in so many ways. Competent, caring, connected. He repaired my torn meniscus in my knee and I was back playing basketball in 2 months! It’s been a year since my surgery and still no pain.
