Dr. Schultzel is the absolute best MD I have ever seen, he did my rotator cuff surgery and I am pain free, lifting light weights. I would highly recommend him, he explained everything prior to surgery and is thoughtful in his answers, knowledgeable and kind.

I have have seen Dr. Schultzel several times for shoulder pain. In all cases he has made a quick, accurate diagnosis and given effective treatment. Dr. Schultzel also has a positive, confident demeanor that put me at ease and made my visits very pleasant.

Dr Schultzel performed carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand after about 65 years of doing needlework. Immediately I felt comfortable with him and had all the confidence in his abilities. He did an excellent job and I even congratulated him on his needlework skills when he removed my stitches. We had a good laugh over that. I would definitely recommend him if you were looking for an excellent orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Schultzel repaired my right rotator cuff in June (I had torn two of the four muscles completely). It is now late September and I have been released to return to most of my pre-injury activities. Dr. Schultzel was thoroughly engaged throughout the process of diagnosis, surgery and post-op care. I highly recommend him to anyone needing elbow or shoulder treatment and/or surgery.

Dr. Schultzel has performed two completely successful surgeries for me, on my shoulder two years ago, and my hand six weeks ago. I have to say that because of his superior surgical skills and his genuine care for patients Dr. Schultzel is the only surgeon that I actually look forward to seeing!

Dr. Schultzel's method of care is to be applauded for his quality of service & comforting people skills. He answered all of my questions without even having to ask. He was thorough in his explanation of my previous surgery, the normal aging process, & my condition in terms that I could understand. He also had the forethought to explain to me what to expect in the future, home care, & for what symptoms to come back. He offered explanations for the options for treatment, supplements, exercises, & medication. I really appreciat... read more

Dr. Schultzel did carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand back in May. Not only did he do an amazing job but he left me pretty much without a scar. I really enjoyed having him as my doctor. I look forward to working again with him when I have to so my left hand.

This being my 3rd rotator tear, Dr Schultzel is by far the best! From the start he makes you feel like a family member. Then, the surgery itself is the most successful with the least amount of pain!! Also, having art work on my shoulder, the incision has been the least obtrusive of any of my 6 surgerys. I would reccomend his services to all, especially those that have not found success in previous surgeries and are leery about moving forward with a new surgery. I now have hope that after 10 years I will once again have a lef... read more

Dr Schultzel was the embodiment of the caring, knowledgeable surgeon I wanted to help me. After falling and shattering my left shoulder and 4 months of pain when it wouldn’t heal, he performed a reverse total shoulder replacement. The results were spectacular. Post surgery with very minimal pain, excellent follow thru and amazing results. I am 4 months after surgery and my arms’ range of motion is by far better than it has been in years. Before my fall I suffered severe arthritis in my shoulder. He gave me back the active li... read more
