This hospital is horrible. I was removed from the Kidney transplant list because I was a medical marijuana patient in 2012. They treat you like shit and don't care about your health.
If this story about the old woman with cannabis gummies is true you guys suck. Corporate monsters.
Abuses patients who use cannabis. Avoid if possible.
I really congratulate Maine Medical Center for the services rendered to all people entering that Hospital days and nights. May God continue to provide for the Hospital, the Staff and gives more wisdom to all Medical core.
This morning I was admitted to the Surgery Center in Scarborough. It as like checking into a "high end" hotel. Every single thing, from a "top notch" surgeon, superior staff - resident, anesthesiologist and assistants, nursing attendants and the front desk. The caring kindness just blew me away. Maine Med just has never let me down - I feel so good right now, I'm verklempt and trust me it ain't the drugs!
From the time my husband was admitted to the ER to the time he was released 6 days later, he got nothing but great care! Every doctor, nurse, and support staff seemed to care about my husband and his health. With the exception of one IR person who was a little OCD about making sure my husband would get what he needed when he got home, our experience there was exceptional!
