I am a disable vet and togus sent me to mmc the day after thanksgiving. MMC set me up with a dr in Scarborough me. One of the appointment they never ask va is it okay. VA said they will not because MMC missed up. Now my credit messed up.

Doctors are very informative and friendly competent and skilled .
No appointments when you need them. Hold time 20 minutes to be told “go to an urgent care”

My son was seen by his PCP in the morning and then sent to MMC Ped ED for a CAT scan or imagining that they felt appropriate to look further into a major concern that my doctor had in relation to the very high fever. His doctor sent me with specific instructions and called the ED to explain his diagnoses and the reason for the CAT scan. My husband had absolutely superb care at Maine medical center’s ER. The orthopedic trauma surgeons were able to do a surgical repair of his hip fracture without a general anesthesia – a miracle, and a real boon to an 83-year-old Parkinson’s patient. The cure on the floor was also first rate.Thank you everyone there. He is doing great – and I am very grateful.
