Staff are wonderful but as a family member waiting hours at the hospital I am shocked that it is impossible to get lunch at the cafe that is with any certainty gluten free. I asked the staff behind the counter, they disappeared for a moment and then came back and with a lovely smile said "No" we dont offer anything gluten free. There is an opportunity here for improvement. Meanwhile starving here.
Avoid this place like the plague. Poor manners, poor service, no follow ups. When we were looking for new doctors in Windham we didn't and we regret it BAD. Now looking for new Primary care physician and new Pediatrician. They will put you on medication or treatment and not schedule any sort of follow up. Went in for a few times for my back and the last time my doctor said "I don't have any idea's for that right now"... are you kidding me? Final straw was being told a medication was "not an option". Just curious, do you guys typically cherry pick records when a lawyer request them? I requested medical records and received them and the lawyer did the same. After further review, I noticed my records had more pages then his. It seems all the juicy stuff was mysteriously missing from his records? I would like more info in regards to this, I find it very disturbing that records would be messed with just to benefit your own reputation.
One of the most dangerous places in New England, most people get sick just visiting. Facility has no financial interest in preventing making visiting people sick. Been on the news for it and cited for it many times.

Can't possibly give enough negative stars for a review. Being charged $1,200 for a 9 yr old's hearing aid because Maine Med (THE PROVIDER) didn't confirm with our insurance company (CIGNA - JUST AS BAD AS MAINE MED!!!!) who to purchase the hearing aid from. Now returning hearing aid (THAT BORN DEAF IN ONE EAR SON HAS BEEN WEARING FOR TWO MONTHS!!!!!!) to Maine Med. Absolutely positively PATHETIC. What a crappy "NOT FOR PROFIT" healthcare provider that is a COMPLETE JOKE.
