Maine Medical is the best and R7 Rocks!�Every Nurse and CNA were so caring and attentive. I needed to be monitored around the clock and that definitely happened.

Overcrowded room, call for a nurse to use the bathroom and wait 25 minutes. To quote the patient about the Cath Lab experience "that was the most awful experience - they didn't care that I was in pain, the operating room was horrible". The nurse who came in right after the cath started to raise the bed so the patient could sip water - even though she was told to lie flat for four hours. Everyone, Nurses, Doctors, Desk staff, Cafeteria, Maintenance could NOT have been nicer or more helpful!!!!!!!!!!! I wish they had private rooms but all in all, we could not have been in better hands!!!!!!!!!!
We felt so loved by Dr. Mallory, Dr. Chase, nurses and all other medical staff. My sweet Alex (7 year old) is all better because of them and we are so grateful. We felt informed throughout the whole process. We feel very blessed today as he heals from his surgery where they took out his mean appendix. Thank you to all!
The staff were wonderful. The Waiting room in the ED was disgusting. The initial treatment area was dirty/smelly, like dead people. The restroom in this area wreaked of urine. I asked the nurse working on me if they had lost their janitorial budget.
