My friend and I went in yesterday after being told about all the raves of Mad Batters. The customer service was terrible and I felt more like a burden than welcome in there. You’d think because of their location, and covid, that they would have amazing customer service to keep people coming in. It was an amazingly beautiful place. But the customer service was horrible. My friend and I both said we wouldn’t go back. I rather spend the amount that we spent there somewhere where they appreciate my business.

We were gifted one of their boxed assortments. Everything was delicious. The cheesecake was the best I have ever had. It is worth the trip for sure.
I heard about Mad Batters through a friend, and tried it a few weeks ago. Their desserts are phenomenal, and the owners are wonderful people! I lucked out today (Father’s Day) when my wife and daughter didn’t coordinate their orders, and I got two different batches of delicious treats!
