Has always been and still is a pleasant experience. The service advisor met me as soon as I got out of my truck and was helpful through out my visit.
Perfect No matter what I have asked them to do, they have done it with precision and friendliness and expertise. I bought my car here eight years ago, and it is as good as new thanks to the service provided. I will buy another car probably next year, and I will stick with Mac Haik.
Local Dealership Took my 2015 Tacoma in for a squeaking noise. I thought it was a pulley. Ended up being a worn out belt. Replaced the belt and took care off the noise. Got my truck back the same afternoon. Taylor was a great service rep. to work with!!!!!!!
I send all my friends to Mac Haik to see LT Green! This is probably the 5th vehicle we have purchased from MacHaik between my husband, myself and our oldest son. We return to them every time because of the "no pressure" sales techniques of LT Green, who is known as "our car guy". They do not pressure and work hard to find you what ever it is you are looking for without trying to raise your budget unnecessarily! Need a new or used vehicle? Go see Mr. L.T. A Pleasure! We bought a new Highlander Platinum. It is wonderful - so smart that we are still reading manuals and experimenting. We dealt with Darren Day, the Sales Manager, and Kurt Sheets, salesman. Both were very knowledgeable about the car features. They were responsive, always following thru on what they said they would do. Even better, they worked with us to get to a price that we were willing to pay. There was no high pressure. Everything went smoothly from start to finish!
Their service was so great that I drove over 4 hours to go to them for a vehicle! My sales guy LT was great. The finance guy was amazing as well. I got the vehicle that I wanted at a price that I could afford. I highly recommend this dealership!
