Service was fast and good, with one issue. I got an oil change and tire rotation and afterwards went to get my Tacoma washed. I had three oil hand prints down the drivers side of my truck. I also put an expensive TDR pro grill on the front of my truck and it had a nice scratch on the top. I had to get a rag and soup and clean the hand prints off after I washed it. That wasn’t fun after paying $110 for oil and tire rotation.
quick service I was a walk in and got taken care of immediately, they did my inspection in record time and were very polite. They always take good care of my car.

Best experience ever! If you don’t live close to this Toyota dealership, make the drive. Seriously, pass up other Toyota places to go to them. They are worth the drive! They serviced my 16 year old 4Runner and it purrs like a kitten. I will never take it anywhere else.
Quick service, answered all my questions. Asked about the service coverage and a few other items. The staff explained the service and willing to make time to review other services and timing. I forgot a service request until I was about out the door. Asked for the state inspection and they happily took the car back to complete the inspection.
Larry & Robert were really great to work with. I love my new Tundra & will have her for a long time. I’m happy to recommend McHaik Toyota!
Another great buying experience. As we are all keeping our distance these days, we were able to limit the face to face time required to complete the transaction.
