Service Great service and recommendations. Everyone was observing the COVID-19 precautions - gloves, masks, social distancing. Got me in and out in the minimum of time.
Easy appointment and quick inspection I was satisfied with easy appointment on my computer and accept quick inspection. In the office, I could keep enough social distance to the other customers.
Highly Recommend Great experience. The whole process was reasonably quick and painless. Kurt always responded quickly to any questions I had. Will definitely be back for future purchases.
The no hassle no pressure experience. I'm a senior and have bought many cars, this was the best experience ever. From the time we walked in the dealership and were greeted by Kurt until we drove away it was truly no hassle and no pressure not even from finance. There's enough pressure out there right now without spending anymore on a auto purchase. Give this Toyota dealer a chance you won't be disappointed. We certainly weren't.

Austin Gilder was my salesman and acted totally professional through the process of buying a vehicle. He made it literally pain free and my part was extremely minimal. Perfect visit Exactly met my needs in a timely way. No need to be better than that!! I was in and out in record time and they also did my yearly inspection.
Great service! Service Advisor Janie Elizondo took care of me and my vehicle in a friendly and personable manner. She will be my advisor for any future visits. Due to current circumstances I had no trouble getting into the dealership for service. I have used their Express Maintenance many times but this is the first time for the service department and it won't be the last.
Exceptional Service When I got a recall warning on the dash of my 2020 Highlander, I phoned the service number. I told the serviceman that I did not feel comfortable coming in because of the virus. He immediately offered to pick the car up for the reprogramming and return it in a few hours. We agreed on a day, and everything went smoothly.
