15000 mile service Service Guys are always professional and courteous. My car is always ready before the estimated time. They always call to let me know when my car is ready.
Repairs took forever. Both times I’ve brought my truck there for 2 different repairs, I’ve had to bring it back for something either not complete or forgotten. They give excellent service at this dealership. They take a lot of care with your car. I mention that because it does not happen at the other Toyota dealership that I have been to for maintenance. I come here because I know they will do an excellent job and nothing will be missing from my car. This was for maintenance at the express center
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, First of all the men manning the desk as you walk in looked and acted professional, good first impressions are always a good start. I was in just a short time and my car was whisked of to an empty bay to start and complete the work. I stepped out side and stood to watch the young men complete the service. Vehicle would not start One morning, our 2017 Rav 4 would not start. No struggle to start, no clicking, no sound at all. There had not been any issue or warning that there was a problem. We jumped the battery and the engine turned on. In attempting to start the engine without a jump, again, nothing. After making an appointment with Mac Haik’s service rep, the battery was replaced at no cost since it was still under warranty.

Good/Friendly Service The service advisor I met with was very friendly and very helpful. The service was needed due my check engine light coming on. The diagnosis was done very fast and I was informed of the problem quickly. The only negative I have is the price for the needed part. Since I had to wait until the next day for them to get the part, I checked pricing online for the same part - this dealers price was 200% to 300% higher than the same part at several online locations.

Flat Tire I went in under my warranty for a tire that had damage. Robert assisted me and got the tire replaced under warranty. The tire had to be ordered and Robert kept in touch to let me know the tire did arrive, and to re-setup the appointment to swap it out. Always great service at Mac Haik Toyota of League City, TX

Auto Maintenance in the Time of a Pandemic I am a customer of this dealership since 1998, and I have always received consistently great service throughout the years. I'm especially impressed by all of the efforts undertaken to promote the well-being of both customers and employees - employees wearing face masks, hand sanitizer, shields at advisor and payment stations, sanitizing pens for signing, and markings on floors to indicate proper distancing. You folks get an A-plus, thank you very much!
