Maintenance, oil change and brake job all done as expected, however the key was broken and after I drove from Houston to Amarillo it fell apart.

Way Over Priced Its sad really, we havent taken our van anywhere else in the almost 5 years we've owned it because we've always trusted Mac Haik, but after yesterday we probably wont take it back again. They recommended some maintenance that "had to be done or it wouldnt pass inspection" I was skeptical cause the tires werent that old and glad I listened to my gut. new tires Very helpful and excellent service. Service Dept. was very courteous. They worked me in on same day I called. Very clean waiting room with drinks.

know one likes mistake. coolant resivor was empty. coolant resivor was empty talked to Trevor Billock to day. why was the multipoint inspection check as being look at and was ok. Trevor ok' driving vehicle. Keep and eye on resivor and advise what happens. I will call him next week. Filled resivor with red antifreeze from toyota-to full line LOng time customer of Machaik CC.

Amazing service This was probably the best car buying experience ever. Duy was awesome. He was super informative and got us in the exact car we wanted for a great price. I love our new RAV4. Trade in process was easy and we were all smiles driving off the lot.

Responsive service. Quick turnaround. I needed to get a windshield replaced with OEM parts. The dealer was efficient about the status of the part and promptly scheduled the replacement when the part arrived. The service department did an excellent job processing the repair and getting me my truck back in a timely manner.
