Always nice dealing with Mac Haik and Sammy Yanes. Everyone seems nice and they like being there. My only complaint would be the process has to be cut in time,, especially for returning customers. Nice doing business with the crew at Mac Haik!!:)
Even though this is a trying time and people are being told to stay home, the service department is at work helping me to fix my truck.
My previous visit for service resulted in my tire valve stem caps left off. I mentioned it during this visit and was told them would be replaced. Got home and looked, sure enough, no valve stem caps. Disappointed.
Manny and Clint were great. Doug, the manager needs to go. I had an issue with the vehicle I was purchasing and manny had the day off. I was told by the service department to speak with Doug. Doug was in his office for with a friend of his for about an hour before I finally knocked on the door to ask if he could help me. He did not get up from his desk to greet me, and said it was not his problem and I that my issue could wait until Manny or the other manager got back. He was rude and condescending. new altinator installed on 3-23-2020 On Monday as always when I bring my car in for repair or service it is handled very professionally. Been coming to this dealership for 25 plus years.
Austin is an awesome salesman... and a true gentleman! Thanks buddy for the brand new car! I would definitely recommend him again for any future sales.
